MGRI organizes trainings for the YIH heads in Grozny

From 18 to 23 October an internship "Management of project activities and innovations for YIH specialists" for representatives of regional Centers of Youth Innovation Hub (YIH)  will be held in the Chechen Republic, Russia. The program was developed by MGRI School of Advanced Studies and the Project Office of the YIH with grant support from the Innovation Promotion Fund. 

An extensive educational and excursion program with comfortable accommodation in Grozny has been prepared for the participants. The main purpose of the internship is to give YIH representatives an understanding of the project activities of schoolchildren and students as successors of innovative and creative approaches in modern society. In addition, the guests of the republic will get acquainted with the historical and natural monuments of the region and the iconic sights of the capital of the Chechen Republic and its suburbs.

On the behalf of MGRI, the internship is supervised by vice-rector for International Affairs and Regional Cooperation Anastasia Mashkova, project manager of School of Advanced Studies Andrei Tabaev and Head of Office of Protocol and External Affairs Daria Shchedrova. On the the Innovation Promotion Foundation side - employees of the Department of Youth Innovative and Infrastructural Programs and Projects Natalya Shurina and Maria Eliseeva.

“I hope that everyone who gained this opportunity to become a member of this particular internship would find there a plenty of expressions and connections. It is a well of knowledge and competences. We did everything to let this internship be as productive as possible” – said Anastasia Mashkova.

During this internship, within three days, the participants will attend several innovative and educational hubs such as Chechen State University’s Technopark, YIH “Innorazum”,  U.D. Desheriev Linguistic School, Chechen Regional Centre for Futher Education Development, Grozny State Oil Technical University’s YIH “Highpark”, etc. and meet with the heads of these organizations.

Besides, the program includes trainings and practical courses from professionals – Magomed Aliev, a business couch of ICBT and a representative of Sheikh Zeyed foundation for supporting entrepreneurship and innovations, Yana Kharsanova, a chief of a consulting company “Marketing Mix” and president of YIH “Highpark” Mansur Arsanukaev.

Every day after master classes members of the internship will be having historical tours around Grozny: they will visit The Akhmad Kadyrov Mosque (aka “The Heart of Chechnya”), Akhmat Kadyrov museum, “Grozny City”, observation deck “Stairway to Heaven” and other city sightseeings. There is going to be a one-day trip to Lake Kezanoiam lake and an ancient Khoi settlement.
